I have seen in many govt., offices the lights burning and the fans in use, even when the officials are not there. It is waste of electricity and also the govt. should bear the cost of the electricity.

What's wrong with that?If the government has the right to waste public's money then we too have the right to waste their resources.Although it's not right from any angle to do this but when the leaders of our country are useless, worthless, impotent then who could make the public aware of their duties?

Government is a representation/servants of people, do we allow the servants to live the way they want to, NO. The question is why do we allow the government and people working as countries servants to rule the country. If u point 1 finger (normally index finger) at others, then 3 are pointing at u, thumb is neutral. So let us take action.
