Scott McCready, a wide receiver, has been on the practice squads of the Patriots and the Chiefs.
Also, the chiefs have Lawrence Tynes, a kicker from Scotland.

There were a few in NFLEL. Check the website for that, and look for national players. I believe a guy from England may have made a practice squad last year, but more and more players from NFLEL are making an impact in the regular league.
