I think the same as i would any relationship, unless of course the younger one is a child.

Personally I think for me it would be a no way in hell type of thing!
Who ever is the oldest will be needing you to take care of them for the last ten years of their life and then die. Leaving the partner alone in their last 10 years. Not good
