as to ritual coming of age between boys and gurls it can be sd both suffer equally right down the line until you realize the prejudice against women lingering around still. so that def edges over the argument toward the gurls side. most boys, are still ego driven. and men dont usually learn to let go of ego. it's up to the individual whether or not they have been taught to take life in stride. if "things" happen in an all gurl school ppl are "ok" with it.
if something happens in a boys school, then theyll never live it down. a great lesson is to be blessed not to get caught up in self focus. taught many things to occupy a growing mind.
as i was growing into manhood and well before. family motto: "we are not ever judged by another's action(s) We are always judged by our reaction." So, depending on who you ask especially many parents today it is everyone ones problem there are problem kids today. everyone except theirs, bc they do all theyre s'posed to do. we send them to school, send them to church, (or not) put them on strict schedules that dont address their individual needs. think only if i restrict them to this, it will prevent that.
id like to know how many really met w/debi b4 she jumped on that boy.
they give them cell phones computers & tvs. say loving supportive things like "hell these damned kids got it better than God". i think theyve got one thing in common w/God. no parents watching over them.

there is probably pros and cons on both boys and girls schools.. but i think things are harder for girls.. they have to go through a lot more things in life that boys do.. like periods for example...so i think it is harder to be a girl and then become a woman...
