If I had an erection for more than 2 hours, I would be very worried. Maybe you got slipped some ED pills. GO TO THE DOCTOR!!! Or at least call one. All that blood down there, it is amazing you can even type the question :)

You need to see a doctor, the damage begins after 4 hours of having an erection. the blood is trapped in there and cannot leave you need to go to the Emergency Room.

You can suffer permanent damage to the nerves in there. You may need to go to the doctor and soon. I know you don't WANT to go, but you may HAVE to. Sit in a tepid (almost cold) bath. Read a cookbook out loud. You've got to get that down.
