First of all this looks like a legal agreement. Secondly, one needs to assess the statements within depending on the context of the document. I cannot figure out what this statement is trying to say - specifically - so it is a mess!
I THINK that it is saying That TAJ will not have to remove his shop during the agreement period if Raju sells the property.
I would likely word this thus:
"If - during this agreement period (1/7/2005 to 1/7/2007) - Raju were to sell his property as described within, Taj need not remove the petty shop."
OR....could be that Taj is not allowed to remove his shop in this case then it would say:
"If - during the ...............-Raju sells his property, Taj must not remove the petty shop....."
OR perhaps Taj has an option:
If - during the..........- Raju sells his property, Taj is not obligated to remove the petty shop until such time as this agreement expires."

There is ambiguity in the statement you have given and needs some SERIOUS work to get it right. It is entirely dependant on what the agreement is encompassing to make it correct and CLEAR.
Basically, the sentence is TOTALLY INCORRECT...or WRONGO!

In the event that Raju sells his own property during the period covered by this agreement, Taj does both agree and consent that he will not remove the petty shop prior to the expiration of the period covered by this agreement.

To me the commas seem off. Either you mean:
in case raju sold his own property during this agreement period, Taj will not remove the petty shop.....
or you mean
in case raju sold his own property, during this agreement period Taj will not remove.....
