I describe my self as a complicated person I always think that I’m going to forget anything that I put in my mind after I finish studying and watch tv or hang out… this bothers me a lot and never let me enjoy my time with my friends.

First divide ur learning work in parts say a & b. Learn the first part and keep repeating it ocassionaly in ur mind while u are in ur routine
work,then learn the second part.This may work.well it worked for me.

The way we think has a profound effect on our lives. As long as you tell yourself your going to forget things you probably will. You've drilled it into your subconcious. Firstly stop telling yourself you can't remember your homework. Secondly start by trying to remember just one thing you learned that day. Do this for about a week and then try to remember two things etc. What helps me a lot with my studies is making myself interested in what I study. So read as much as you can about the subjects your studying from people who are passionate about it. This way you will want to remember more and the learning will become easier. Good luck.

don't call yourself a complicated person because i believe you are not. try to relax your mind by sleeping early and eating of plenty of foods. this will help you calm your mind. go wity the flow..enjoy yourself. in that way, you'll be able to figet your troubles and also, a simple prayer will do to help you overcome your troubles and it'll lighten the burdens in your heart.
