The universe is at least 28 billion light years in diameter and filled with countless trillions of galaxies each filled with millions of stars. The chances of being alone seem very very tiny.

We are not because there are spiritual beings too. I think the aliens are demonic in nature. What about Casper the friendly ghost too. There are from another spatial dimension. Aliens are too technologically advanced and will reveal themselves to us if we practice the occult or demonic activities as I heard. In Bible, it says we be caught up in twinkling of an eye. I say that is teleportation and caught up into a spiritual dimension. If there are demons then there are angels watching over us.
When you are home alone, angels are there protecting you.
In Bible it mentions the Bear constellation and Pleides and Orion. Jesus is superman with superpowers who can time travel. He is in time and out of time like i am right now.

You should listen to COAST TO COAST in the late evenings. OR check it out at http://www.coasttocoastam.com
try Stanton Friedman's site, he thinks that the SETI is a JOKE because they are already here, he is a nuclear physicist, not a ummy! I agree with Stan. My uncle worked with UFO research for CANADA, he was a VERY SANE AND INTELLIGENT MAN hired by the CANADIAN GOVERNMENT...he said that he went into the project a skeptic and came out KNOWING THAT WE ARE NOT ALONE...he was not allowed to elaborate due to his sworn secrecy to the military. You who don't believe...it is your choice....stop bashing those who do...who far outnumber those who don't.

It seems highly unlikely, from the scientific estimates that I have read, that the only life in the universe is right here on Earth.

The answer to your question is - No. I'd elaborate but the powers that be, won't allow the 'Yahoo' website to be taken up for my explanation! lol

I do not think we are alone. My argument is the same as the other person's, there's so much space and so many planets the it would be impossible for there not to be.
