I notice someone answered "David Bowie."
Well...yes, AND no on that one! He actually did a (GREAT) song called "Starman" on his Ziggy Stardust album way back in '72. Although the lyrics are not the same, the tune is IDENTICAL to "Rainbow"! (Wonder if he got sued for that?!)
