Well, if your talking about time wise, there are three major theories. One: God comes back and reigns forever and ever(My Favorite) Two: Heat death: The universe expands and expands, then when stars die out and quite being created(Trillions of Billions of years in the future, we die of the cold. Three:Big Crunch: The center of the universe's gravity pulls all matter back to the center again, and we all die in a crunch that could possible result in another big bang.
But if your talking about physical terms, then it's as far as you wanna go. Until you hit a dimensional boundary, then your in another universe, if you survive the crossing.

If the theory of a curved, closed universe is correct, just turn around and you are looking at it.

Although it is hard to conceive in our limited minds. There is no end to the universe. It is as big as the God who created it. They call that "Infinite".
