Get a lawyer and fast, if you can try and get a list of items he is selling. Have you spoken to him ? Tell him that he is selling off
martital property.
But get an attorney, as of yet no papers are filed and no restrictions. Also check your states Laws on Divorce and seperation. I know that you may be able to file for Temp. Child support, and stop him from selling off anything.
If you cant afford an attorney, call around for something in you area such as leagal aide. They go by a sliding scale.
Best of luck

If you were married, then they were both your items. Probably nothing you can do at this time but make note of it. If you go through divorce proceedings, then make sure your lawyer knows he already sold some of the shared property. You may get some compensation in the divorce settlement.

divorce laws and rights varied by state I would suggest check with you local constable or Sheriff's ofc to see what those laws are. If he sold your items then you are entitled to 50% of what he made, if the law in PA supports that. Here in Tx is 50% right down the middle.

it depends on whether you were married in or out of community of property and whether the accrual system was involved. if their is any debt involved, it is best to get legal aid in this matter. it is important that you know your rights.

if you are still legally married, then i'd guess he can sell things which belong to both of you...
morally it is wrong, but that is not covered by law, is it...
