Go to Queensway Shopping Centre and you should be able to get shoes and clothes there. For Watches, it will be at Thakral Emporium downtown, the sole agent for Casio here or the shops in People's Park Centre or People's Park Complex. You cann bargain there and you can get pretty good deal.
