that depends on the place from where it is taking off.becauce fighter planes require the minimum i.e. approx 30 mts.

There are aircrafts that can take off vertically - no runway required. Then there are aircrafts that get catapulted into a flight on deck of aircraft carriers. Then there are Cessnas that can take off and land without a concrete airway. Then there are helicopters .. and the Boeing 747s .. and not to forget those airplanes that can take off from water - Hercules for instance. You have to be specific .. :-)
