sirius is the dog star...i don't think there is a specific wolf star. Wolf-Rayet stars (often referred to as WR stars) are evolved, hot, massive stars which have very strong stellar winds. Wolf-Rayet stars are a normal stage in the evolution of massive stars, in which strong, broad emission lines of helium and nitrogen ("WN" sequence) or helium, carbon, and oxygen ("WC" sequence) are visible.-

The above answers are good. Or you could be thinking of Wolf 359, a nearby red dwarf star.

hmm i dont know A STAR MAYBE! no but really it's Nebula near the hot Wolf-Rayet star

theres a galaxy called Wulf Landmark or sumthing and theres A Canis Majoris , the dog star.
