You like arts, music and details so I guess that is also your stronger points? If you are also good in numbers, Architecture would be great. If you don't like numbers that much (as with most people), try Fine Arts or Literature or Languages or Humanities. Whatever you choose, make sure it is something that you would love to learn, and remember to maximize your strengths too.
Good luck! :)

Take a big breath and try to relax!
Select several careers that you think that your would enjoy and choose a school that offers all of your selections.
Take a variety of courses the first year along with the general requirements.
Visit people employed in the occupations that you have chosen and discuss what the major advantages and disadvantages are about their jobs.
In a year, gather your information and decide. If the school you selected doesn't fit your career plans, change schools.

Do what you think you can do the best. What is the best thing to do for someone is you can do that easily and actively, one feel that he is playing rather than doing his job, one need complete confidence.
