YES . YOUR ONLY PROBLEM IS RECHARGING YOUR BATTERIES .
TURKEY IS 110 V LIKE THE U.S. , U.K. IS 220 V .GET A CONVERTOR OR GET A CHARGER FOR THAT (110 V) COUNTRY . THE CHARGER YOU HAVE MIGHT HAVE A SWITCH ON IT TO ALLOW BETWEEN 110V AND 220 V . THE ONLY PROBLEM THEN IS THE PLUG, YOU NEED AN ADAPTOR .

laptop computers can be a rather tricky buy at times, I would suggest that you look out for the cheapest and yet latest desktop on the market,
the best way to do this is on what they call warehouse sale markets some of them are online.
these warehouse owners have a service where they sell laptop computers to normal customers like you and me, however with very reduced prices due to the fact that they do not have as much costs as normal shops do, such as rent and a employees etc. as you know most online shops have rather competitive prices sometimes cutting the laptop price to a half.
one such website for laptop computers warehouse with great sales all year around is :

no they won't. Turkish electricity is different. it goes sideways instead of up and down. Also the air in Turkey is slightly thicker, making your battery malfunction. use an abacus and carrier pidgeons.

yes they will work everywhere in the world! the only issue might be the type of electric plug you use...and sometimes the frequencies differ too.
