Yes Brain Mapping is possible , This technique off late have been used in many cases in India to track high end criminals ,
Actual Crime Scenes , Photographs Sounds and recording are shown which enables specific brain cells to sent EEG messsages as if they are seeing all these things again and when they sent shock signals people are caught
You need to ensure Two things
1) Collect all material evidence both Verbal(Recorded voice , visual) as well as Material in form of Pic's , Facts and issues which can be played or can be used as visual in order to make your case strong
2) You need to convince the Trial Jury for the same which infact is more difficult
