You can do that but i think you dont need to. As false eyelashes are long enough to enhance your eyes.

Yes, u can, but the eyelashes have to be the real expensive ones.

yep. it will make your lashes look more 'natural'. but since you are going to put on falsies, don't be too heavy-handed with the mascara unless its intentional, of course. ^_-
