My one friend is a little naughty. I've known him for 2 years. when he talks to every girls, he doesn't see their eyes but to their breast. I feel unhappy when he does it.

Push his chin up and say my eyes are up here! And smile at him so you don't blow his confidence altogether. He might not know he is doing it.

If you've known him for 2 years, simply tell him you and some other women find it disrespectful to stare at your breasts instead of looking you in the eye. You would rather be viewed as a person and a friend, and not just some bimbo with boobs.
You may actually do him a favor by bringing it to his attention that it's so obvious.

Tell him if he does nt look at the other gurls boobs u would let him see urs. for every 5 u would let him touch urs, for evry 10 he can eat urs, for 20 u would be nude and for 50 u would give him a ******** and can probabily give a **** sometimes....

You just look him in the eye, smile, and say, "Hey, my eyes are up here!" You might need to use your hand to bring his attention up to your eyes, but if you do this once to a guy, you usually don't have to do it again. However, if he does it again, you kindly remind him where your eyes are one more time! Most akward situations are best dealt with humour first.

Make him to feel uncomfortable with his bad "habit". Tell him -in front of others-that the girl's eyes is up on her head and not lower

The next time he does that tell him they can't hear you talk to my face when you talk to me. Let him know that you don't appreciate that. Guys are guys and they will look, but theirs no need to be so rude about it.

tell him you do have a face and that it is impolite to look away when you are talking with someone.... and that it is especially rude to be staring at a womans breasts, no matter how gorgeous they are...

wear tops to cover ur breasts or tell him its not nice for him to be staring at people breasts when he's talking to them.
