Regular toothPASTE, not GEL.
Or there are plenty of over-the-counter medications. Oxy is good. Toothpaste is actually better, I think.

No! Don't burst it! That's the worst thing you can do! It may solve your problem temporarily so you won't go to that presentation with a large white bud blossoming, but the scar will remain for a long, long time. Instead, try wrapping an ice cube in a thin muslin cloth and place it for about three minutes on a pimple that is just forming. It kills the growth of the pimple. Believe it, it is true.
If a pimple does burst accidentally (or intentionally!), wash the area with soap. Then reach for a lemon slice and squeeze ten drops into a cotton ball. Keep it on the burst pimple for about 10 minutes. The scar will vanish.
-----
Or apply tomato paste to it. The acids from the tomato will soothe the pain of a pimple/boil and will also speed its recovery.
Good luck babe xx

Use pimple cream or gels on your pimple frequently. Also, crush an asprin in half a teaspoon of water and some aloe gel. Put the mixture on the pimples for 10minutes then wash off with water.
If they still aren't completely gone by your presentation, use concealer to hide the remaining blemishes. Good luck. =)

Neutrogena on the spot acne treatment (4 or 5 bucks at Walmart). Get the vanishing formula, wahs your face first, put some generously on the offending pimples (literally cover the whole pimple in the cream), and go to bed. Keep doing that for the 3 days and it should be mostly gone. It makes mole hills out of mountains. Also, to maintain between breakouts, get Neutrogena 60 second acne mask, use it exactly as the directions say and your breakouts should all but disappear.

Your doctor can provide you with a prescription for a topical acne-fighting antibiotic (such as "Staticin" - active ingredient is erythromycin) which will tame those puppies in short order. You need an antibiotic to take down the infection, there's no way around it. Good Luck.

apply tea tree oil to them every now and then. And some say that toothpaste should be applied on them overnight. Three days? No worries, they'll be gone by then using the above instructions. Good luck!
