Federer is a Tim Duncan of tennis I guess would be the best way to put it... He lets his game do the talking for him. Nadal may be more of a fan-favorite and intense player, but lets face it Federer makes every shot look so flawless and easy there's no doubt in my mind he deserves to be #1. Nadal owns Roland Garros and Federer gave him a run for his money, so lets see how well Nadal measures up to the king of the grass in the finals. Bottom line: Federer is more experienced, calmer, and an all-around more fundimentally solid player than Nadal. Federer is as close to unbeatable as ever.

Federer! Because his game is ten times better and can't you see how he'll change his shot position right before he hits the ball?! Its unbelieveable! And Federer is SO classy when he wins and gets a point.. I mean look at Nadal he has an Orgi everytime he wins!! I dont know I prefer a tennis player thats a little more humble.

Neither of them are my favorite. I would have loved to see an American (Andre, James Blake or Andy Roddick) to name a few) at the top. Of the two though I prefer Federrer. I like his class and style as oppose to the bravado and show tactics of Nadal. Roger is an ultimate gentleman both on and off the court...this along with being #.1

Federer by a mile. His game is MUCH better to watch. So many shots. He's a walking highlight reel. Nadal's very good at what he does, but he's got nowhere near Federer's variety.

but as far as both playing at the same court is concerned I think NADAL got an upper hand over FEDERER...
and not only that...

federer because he has a better game than nadal and he has more titles then him. nadal will eventually burn himself out by running so much. it is just a matter of time when federer will win all four grand slams.

Federer is undoubtedly the better player - his game is near immaculate and suits many different surfaces.
He is fast becoming a true great and is in a way following in the footsteps of Sampras in terms of his domination of Wimbledon and the LTA rankings as a whole.
