Depends how old you are. If you're under, say, 15, and there's no responsible adult going as well, you do as they say. If you really want to go you should negotiate terms, which might include having an adult (one of your parents?) going too, to see that you know how to go to concerts and enjoy yourself without getting drunk or in fights or whatever.

first you might ask them when the atmosphere is peacefull to make them say yes
but still if they say no!
then try to do your best to get out of home.. but you must achieve it the first time.. because if they have any doubts about you then you may not be able to escape once more!!!
good luck:)

If your old enough to have a "partner" your old enough to have a life - tell him/her that you want to go and it's your life not his/hers. They can stay at home! Being with someone shouldn't stop your own life it should enhance it (or at least be agreeable with it). You are not owned!
