Have you ever stopped to think that there are gifts that have no money value? For example, how many times in a year do you tell your wife that she is beautiful? or that whatever she is wearing looks great on her? or that she has the most beautiful smile/eyes/legs? ... now, for gifts that have a dollar value it does not depend only on your income how much you can spare, but also on your financial commitments, and truth is I don't think you should be putting a price tag on your demonstrations of love.

You dont have to value your gifts if you love her and if she loves you she will understand too. You normally have to give gifts for the basic occasions like B'day, anniversary, Christmas. Apart from that you could give gifts to celebrate the day you met each other or on and off small gifts just to surprise her as women love gifts. They dont have to expensive, tiny gifts would do too.
Surely you should know this by now if you have been married for 13 years.

As a couple it's not out of the norm to buy them anything from time to time. No specific date to give them just to say I love you and I care for you and there shouldn't be a value on the gift cause it's from the heart so value doesn't matter.

Give her as many gifts as you want. There is no limit on it. As for the amount the cost isn't what counts, it's the fact it came from you heart that counts most. Only materialist people care about the cost. The rest of us prefer gifts that come from the heart.

Giving gifts to wives is all-time affair. It is not about money its about love. Every single day they deserve a gift of love and total commitment. However, as for wrapped gifts, one can endeavor to give anytime one is inspired to do so. There are no rules!

There is no rule for this. You should give presents to your wife every time you feel that the right moment is and every time you have money at that moment. It is important the attention and the gesture.Even if you give her the smallest rose she would be grateful because it is from you.

If your wife fancies material things, then you could give her expensive things whenever you feel like it. But if she's a romantic, who values "little things" as long as they come from her man, then, the more often, the better.

its not like this
you can use your nice words to make her feel by your love you don't need to give her something to love you.
just be nice with her and don't forget to tell her always that you love her and you respect her opinion
