Philtrum is a medical term. Actually there is no name in any language for the spot medically called Philtrum. Mustache is hair not body part. Upper lip is only where the lips are visible bot the flesh above [Infact if you check spelling while answering the word philtrum does not exist ]

No question about it, it's called the "upper lip", and some women actually do grow mustaches there, just ask my sweet old Aunt Lucy!!!!

I think you call it upper lip, and in other languages they call it their word for "mustache", even if you "don't" have one there.
Do you know that women have mustaches too, though they are not so obvious, and if they are too obvious they either dye them, or wax them, or some just like to keep them?

The groove above the upper lip is called the philtrum. If you have a moustache just in that area, it's called a "philtrum moustache."
