Island colors seem to be in this season. I'm also a brunette and I find that the colors that suit us best in the summer are various shades of blue, crimson, pink, white and lime green.
I just bought a gold bikini and it looks amazing on tanned skin. GOLD IS IN!

If you have a bit of a tan, go with a vibrant bright yellow. If you're pasty white go with aqua.
