There is none. A, E, I, O, and U are constant vowels. When (and only when) one of those five vowels is not present in a syllable of a word, the letter Y is considered a vowel. For instance: the Y in "sky" is the vowel, however the Y in "boy" is not.

I'm sorry to report, that a lot of the words, that you have been given, containing the letter "Y" are considered vowels, if there is no ...i...e..a..u or o present in the word. Remember when your teacher said, that ..A, E, I, O, and U were our vowels, and sometimes "Y"? The letter "y" often doubles as a vowel.
The clostest things(words), containg no vowels in English, would be things like this:
thnx
psst(I need to whisper in your ear)
BLT(bacon, lettuce and tomato sandwich)
P.S.
RSVP
Shh
Hmmm
RB (short for roast beef)...
Things like that. Abreviations.

Nuxálk, a native language of Nortwestern US and Southwestern Canada from the Salishan family, has a word "xÅpÌx̣ʷÅtÅpÅÅskÊ·cÌ" that means "he had had a bunchberry plant".
13 consonants in a row. No vowels. Beat that.

Tsk. (It represents a tongue-clicking sound of disapproval, usually rendered as "tsk-tsk" or "tsk-tsk-tsk". Sometimes pronounced "tisk".)
[In all those words containing "y" that have been suggested here, the "y" is in fact a vowel.]
