Typical 3/16 in.tubing, 0.187 in. (4.7 mm) o.d. and 0.028 in. (0.7mm) wall thickness.

I think I found what you are seeking. If this is not, I will search again. I could hardly find anything concerning this subject on Google.

Approximately 0.75 mm according to this website http://www.motuk.co.uk/manual_360.htm

It doesnt mention the tolerance though.

good question, but hard one. i'd guess something around .030"

I'd say it was about 1mm, maybe 1.5mm.
