It is my experience that women really don't get out the measuring device and measure a man penis. It is not the size that satisfies a woman. 98% of men think it is. they are wrong. So who ever you have been listening to about size forget it. It takes a real man to make love to a woman.. you need ot be attentive to your partners needs. the touch, the kisses, the hands running down her body.... slowly and tenderly moving as you to breathe. Women love to be tendered with and romanced. The size of the penis is only the last part of satisfying the woman. Once the woman is totally turn on by your attention to her and her body... she Will think your 4.5 " penis is gigantic. So the answer to your question part one is 4.5" is enough to satisfy a woman.
By the way love has a lot to do with it to.... Sex with out love is like beer without carbonation. Flat.
For the second part of your question.... 4.5" is more than adequate to get a woman pregnant... therefore always use a condom.

It really saddens me how many pointlessly uneducated answers people make on this site.
With regards to your first question, whether 4.5 inches is enough to satisfy a woman: Most women will generally assume the answer to be no, but if they give it a try, they might be surprised. Those with smaller than average penises (which is hardly an insult—50% of people are below average) are often better lovers, because they have to rely on actual skill rather than mere penile size. A woman could quite easily find it a nice change to have an entire person dedicated to pleasing her rather than merely a giant, throbbing penis.
As to whether it can impregnate her, certainly. The size of penis is not even slightly relevant. As long as you are producing semen and as long as she is not incapable of getting pregnant, she can be impregnated.
