what is the suitable programs for me to study

It sounds like you want to create images without using a stylus pen, and would rather work with cameras. I am unclear about what you mean by "program", ie. if you actually are looking to study at a school, or if you are simply looking for software. I'll assume you also don't have the patience for school, in this case. If you are really computer saavy, I would recommend you try 3d image making programs. They would completely eliminate the need to draw, but eat up an entirely different kind of patience, of learning the whole set up of lighting, modeling, texturing, and rendering. Some notable programs are maya, softimage or xsi, raydream, and houdini.
