Tell him to stop. If he doesn't report him to your superiors and file a complaint. If you're afraid of him trying to get back at you, just go straight to your superiors.

The best way to handle it is to tell him straight to stop it. You may have to tell ur bf about it and together you can work out a way. The man may just be suffering from some neglect try to know about his bkgrnd and see if you can be of help. The harassment is the least of the problems. He is not likely going to do that for long for he also knows that it's wrong. However, be sure you don't fall into the temptation.

Keep track of what was said, when it was said, and where it was said, and take that information to your boss. Specifics are hard to fake, and it will make you look less like a hysterical woman and more like a person who just wants to be allowed to work without being scared if you have that kind of records. It is your supervisor's job to stop things like that from happening, and the colleague has probably harassed other women.

You need to tell this person that you find the things that he is doing objectionable and tell him exactly what you are talking about. Look him directly in the eyes when you tell him. Ask him to please stop immediately. You need to document the time, date and place that you had the conversation with him. You need to document what you said and what he said and you need to make sure you ask him at the end of the conversation if he understands what you said. You also need to tell him that this is between you and him and it will not go any further unless he violates it.
I would also suggest that you send him an email thanking him for understanding and accepting what you discussed with him. Maintain a copy of that as well.
File both in a safe place (home) and go on with your work. Be nice and cordial with him as if nothing had happened. If it happens again I would suggest that you document when/what he said and then go to personnel services.

Tell this creep to stop, as you dont want him to be so close to you.
Tell him No .. you dont want to go out with him, as his wife would not like to find out he is asking women out. Imply the wife would find out, and he may leave you alone.
He is harrassing you, and he knows you are scared to cause trouble. If you let him continue you will just make matters worse.
Tell him you do not want him leaning over you.
Tell the boss if it continues and keep the text messages to show the boss so he knows you are telling the truth.
Maybe get your boyfriend to meet you after work.. so this guy will see you with him.

Come straight out and tell him that he is in your "personal space" and could he please not get so close when he is talking with you. If he sees that you aren't intimidated by him, he may back off. If it continues, go to your personnel department or the boss and talk to them about it. The next step would be to file a complaint.
