i had a criminal court hearing today and it was "vacated" what does that mean ? please help thx

It means anulled, or canceled... So it means it was all thrown out; It wasn't worth dealing with so they decided to forget about it.

Vacated means what ever was on the table has been set aside. Whatever ruling there was is no more!!!

if you don't have to go back and obviously your not in jail it more then likely means they dropped the charges
