Sometimes a good yack fest will do wonders. Rolaids are surprisingly effective. Something bitter can sometimes calm the stomach.

It kind of sounds like you are experiencing a bout of Irritable Bowl Syndrome, especially if you got it from only eating a salad. My moms favorite home remedy for stomache aches is to boil a bay leave in a cup od water and add a teaspoon of sugar and drink it like tea, believe it or not it actually works.

Abdominal pain can be one of the symptoms associated with transient disorders or serious disease. Making a definitive diagnosis of the cause of a person's abdominal pain can be quite difficult, because so many diseases can result in this symptom. This is why you should see a doctor, before thinking it comes from eating something that your stomach couldn't handle.

well, drink fizzy drinks (I reccommend either Sprite, Sierra Mist, Mello Yello, or Thomas Kemper Vanilla Cream), get plenty of rest, lay down a lot and avoid activities that work your abdominals, such as sit ups or push up, until stomach ache passes.

I have those alot and what works the best for me is peppermint or cinnamon. I usually get the candy form and suck on one when my stomach acts up and it really helps.
