I belive it is normal if you play games (like me,but it is not always games that are in case, for example it can be TV) and then I get the feeling that there is somebody in my house(altough I am Home alone).I beleive that it is connected to the brain since your brain starts to tell your perception that something is real if you do that something in a long time period. So,yes it is normal.

I dont know you well enough to say yes or no to you nor am I a doctor to answer that question for you because some people with past situations would be a normal thing as to others it would not. You mentioned someone also like you possibly already feel or know whom it may be watching you?

Abnormal psycology (disorders and symptoms) would be a good start to look into for symptoms that your describing and what it may be related to. The site below has a great index to view through if u like. Good luck to ya.

It usually means you are paranoid about someone after you, to rape or hurt you in some fashion, and in my little bit of experience, there is usually a reason for it. Lot's of kids are abused, the media has just recently made it public. If you were abused or somehow threatened in your child hood, then that's probably what's behind your feelings now. Just be aware, and be smart, and don't put yourself in a dangerous situation. Ron

MAYBE SOMEONE IS WATCHING YOU!
What about a peeping Tom?
A good way to notice a peeping tom is to check your garden, look for discarded cig buts near windows, beer cans etc.
I heard odd noises outside my house once in a while, felt like I was being watched, I was even so spooked out once I called the cops. I was told I was paranoid....It turns out I wasn't.
This creep who was a sex offender a few houses down WAS watching me.
