Because of ceiling issues. That is the highest score on that test, but if you ceiling, it is often helpful to use the Stanford-Binet IV to get a more accurate picture of your IQ. Despite the Flynn effect, upper IQs have changed almost none in their percentiles. However, the bell curve is "warped" at the upper levels, there being 10 to 100 or more times as many people with extremely high scores than there "should" be.
There are more than a handful of people in the US with IQs tested at 200 or more. People just don't pin it on their shirts!

The highest ever listed in the most recent book I've seen was a Korean (who was only 4 at the time) with an IQ estimated at 210, even though it was on a 200 scale.
