Everyone's got their own style so i won't knock it. And yes it's arguably not mainstream to wear spandex but there was a time not too long ago when it was the 'in' thing. For those who are shaking their heads, check out your old photo album and you'll see.

Well, I have two answers for that. It would be stereotypical for both these answers, but the latter I would know more about. The former would be the more flamboyant feminine gay guys. The latter would be bodybuilders, especially ones that compete. They often wear short spandex or jean cut offs to show off their massive legs. They shave their legs just like they shave the rest of their body. But most bodybuilders that shave their entire body are the ones that either spend lots of time on the beach and/or compete in contests.

I dated a body builder who had to shave his entire body for competitions, but the short shorts would have to be something I would only want him to wear at home for my eyes only.
Any man who dresses like this in public is definitely looking for attention, male or female.
