A domestic business would be one that is carried on in your country. An international business is carried on overseas or outside your country. The difference is one is in your country and the other is not.

a domestic business is domestic as it says.It happens within the borders of the region the business centre lies or the business owners live.There is no export or import in domestic businesses.Your clients are the people of your region.
And international business is what domestic business is not.
