I had the first pick in my draft last year and i took LT and he led me all the way to the superbowl...Now he has an unproven qb think about how much more he'll touch the ball. I know if I get the first pick again I.ll take him again.

I'll be the differenct opinion here....

Did LT do anything to lose his status as the #1 Fantasy stud last year? I'd pick LT myself.....Why?

LJ concerns - Priest is still there, sure he will get the bulk of the duty, but priest is going to still get some work. Also a new coach in Herm Edwards......

SA Concerns - Closer to 30 then 25, lost a key member of his OL in the offseason to the Vikings, and the team was weak at WR to begin with, now no Joe Jerivicious, the Offense will take a hit.

I would rank them like this

1. LT
2. SA
3. LJ

But I wouldn't fault anyone for taking any of those 3 guys with the #1.

that's a lot much less for sure defined this season than final, whilst Tomlinson grew to become into the no-duh %. actual everyone took. There are 5 adult adult males i'm going to be thinking: LaDainian Tomlinson: 2007 grew to become into an off 3 hundred and sixty 5 days for him and he nonetheless had what maximum working backs might evaluate a stellar season. he's not harm-companies (the knee is one hundred% high quality), he's explosive, and he performs for a precise-tier offense. Oh, and he throws touchdowns. Adrian Peterson: the appropriate organic speeding expertise attainable, yet a considerable harm threat. in case you do no longer innovations figuring out to purchase and merchandising severe upside for dependability, he's your guy. Westbrook: once you're in a PPR (factors-consistent with-reception) league, take a puzzling seem at this guy. he's an absolute PPR monster. Addai: A stretch for the precise %., yet no longer a protracted stretch. he's purely been the excellent-time starter for one season, and he remains have been given a lot of upside. i does no longer be in any respect shocked if it is the 300 and sixty 5 days he breaks out and could become the precise RB interior the league. Steven Jackson: the biggest stretch here, yet pay interest interior the preseason. he's have been given as a lot ability as any of those adult adult males whilst he's healthful, and if he's calling dominant, he'd be my #2 after LT. So, if LT's harm or suffering, i would be certain an issue the place i might take SJ first. possibly. After those 5, there's a great dropoff. in case you think of Brady's going to repeat his '07 overall performance, you're loopy - seem at what got here approximately as quickly as communities ultimately discovered the thank you to decelerate their offense. the excellent difficulty sputtered and easily a great protection have been given them into the excellent Bowl, the place the Giants, between the communities who figured them out first, complete the pastime.

Whoever said take a QB first is sooooooooooooooo wrong....

In most leagues RB's vs QB's, there are usually more points scored off RB's...get a stud right off the bat, the only QB to even think about in the first round is Manning, but after him, you can get Brady, Hasselback, Green, Brees, Bulger in the late 2nd, early 3rd easy

You should get a quaterback because the quaterback is the person leading the offense. Also there are a lot of great running backs you can get if you don't get Shaun Alex. or L.T. but they are not a lot of great quaterback out there. Choose a quaterback like Peyton Manning or Tom Brandy and then get a running back like Tiki Barber or Rudi Johnson.

Larry Johnson, HANDS DOWN

NOT Shaun Alexander (I call him Poop)
-lost hutchinson
-madden curse
-only walter payton has ever followed a 20 TD season with a 20 TD season
-Poop's avg TDs a year before last year was 15

NOT LT
-LT fizzles from week 12 on - check it out
-because of Rivers, LT will get more work earlier in the season, and therefore fizzle earlier

Id either get Alexander or L J, but since I believe in the Madden cure Id go with LJ this season ahead of Alexander

id say LJ should be your undisputed first pick...maybe your new to fantasy and didnt see the numbers he put up in a partial year last year...well they took my team to the championship last year and hope to have him again this year...he is the full time starter this year and priest still hasnt decided if he is going to come back...if priest comes back id say expect the same numbers from LJ as last year...if priest doesnt come back then expect a monster season for LJ

Larry Johnson. He was an absolute stud at the end of last season and should continue it this year in the Kansas City running back machine.

DON'T DRAFT A QB,

you'll be able to get a QB like Matt Hasselback in the 3rd or 4th round
