I mean he is a super rich guy and I think he would want to hang on to his millions. So how did a guy wearing big shoes and a red nose and flaming orange hair get so rich and become an activist?

Ive been to counties that became 3rd world because of a war (if not started by communists then helped along, Bosnia in 95) Vietnam?? I thought the Commies won there and it was a workers paradise? Nobody should go hungry under the red banner according to Bono's buddies. .

There is something not quite right about a very wealthy person lecturing all of us about poverty. Bono seems so frantic about how we must all help NOW! People's lives are at stake!
Even Oscar Schindler lamented about lost opportunities to save jewish lives. "I could have sold my car and bought 10 more slaves and set them free!" Nope, Bono is not going to sell any mansions, cars, clothes or any gay looking sunglasses anytime soon to save a starving child.
This cycle of loans/debt relief, more loans, more debt relief is never going to end. Africans need to STOP giving birth to children in which they have no reasonable way to take care of them. Keep doing the same things, keep getting the same results!

If you had ever been to a 3rd world country you would know the answer. I work in a orphanage in VietNam, with 220 children who have little food and no future and no mother or father.
I do what I can.
What will you do ???

Because he thinks everyone's rich like him. Screw the 3rd world. They need to stop looking for hand outs all the time and start doing something for themselves for a change.

He never said that. Schindler's biographers all agree -- that scene never happened and it was the one that most falsely portrayed Schindler.
Just had to clear that up.
