Practice, practice, practice! The more you speak it, the better you'll get. If you can find a native English speaker to talk to, you can practice with him, if you can't you can practice on your own by listening to English shows and imitating the way that the speakers talk.

practice makes man perfect, speak as much as possible in english and read some good books of english

it helps if you're younger in age. I had to learn to speak English when I was 7. My parents said I watched alot of tv and read alot. For the words that you don't understand when you read, write them down, then look them up in a dictionary. Try ESL (English as Second Language) classes.

Read more newspapers, listen news, try to speak in english when u get chance to speak with anyone. second always think in english then you try to find out words for speaking in english. stand in front of the mirror and talk yourself in english and read english newspaper loudly.
