I do not find men wearing short shorts and/or spandex ones attractive. It makes me think that they are gay or something.

Hm. No to spandex. But a good friend of mine is really athletic, a soccer player, and a runner. He has maybe 3% body fat and awesome muscular legs. He rocks the short shorts (and is completely straight) about twice a week or so. I think with the right attitude you can pull it off. He is kind of a goofball, and super-confident.

I like them, but I think I'm the exception to the rule.
Honestly, if you're looking for approval, you don't need it. Wear what you like and see who else likes it on the way
