I have this pet peave.......... I am not into sports. And it really upset me when regular programing is taken off to show sports. Is that not why we have a sports channel. Just like when the president speaks it is on every channel. They need to set aside a channel for sports and presidents speaches. Who watched the tennis on tv?

put down the remote, step away from the television, pick up a paper and get a job!
I fully agree with jackaroo - we have too much American "trollop" shows on our tv's. It's now that bad that it has influenced Aussies to make their own versions - but you're taking it too far asking us to be upset over sport being on the channel - there are 7 days in a week so you are bound to get some of your precious.
just get over it, will you, please?

Tell me about it! I hate when they do that. I ended up taping stupid tennis matches on both days. And I thought that they must of shown it earlier in the morning like they do most of the time. So it's good to hear that I didn't miss anything after all.

Yeah, U got a point there.. I've wondered this same thing a time or two. How'd I solve it? well, I damn sure don't watch t.v. much anymore, that's how! I lost 75 pounds not sitting there, eating snack chips, guzzling Cokes, man.. I got off my (then fat) ***, and started jogging.. I'm up to 5 miles a day (been 5 years now) and it's great! SO everybody else can watch that ****.. I don't care now .. lol.. later-

It would be a great day in this world when they remove it from TV all over the world. We get it here in Australia also and it is bloody stupid and a waste of time and money

Amen to that. Never could understand why they have to carry presidential coverage on all channels.
