Take two square roots. Or, just raise it to the one forth power. :)
The answer should be the fourth root of 2 on the top and on the bottom should be the square root of 3.
Or, the top can be the square root of the square root of 2. And the bottom the square root of 3.
Numerically, the answer is 0.6865890479690393

We get 4 values. Any quartic root has 4 values.
A square root has 2 values. You can re-do the square root function to find the quardic roots.
Please go through the concept of Complex numbers. You will know how find quartic roots.
We have 2/9.
Its square roots are (sqrt2)/3 and -(sqrt2)/3.
Again take sqrt of the above two.
sqrt((sqrt2)/3), -sqrt((sqrt2)/3), sqrt((sqrt2)/3)i, -sqrt((sqrt2)/3)i where i is the square root of -1.
The square root of -1 is imaginary. The concept of imaginary numbers and complex numbers was developed by denoting the square root of -1 as i. Now any complex number can be expressed using a plane in which the x-axis (horizontal axis) is Real axis and the y-axis (vertical axis) is Imaginary axis.
To find the nth root of any number (real): Find one root. There are n number of nth roots. You first find positive root. With this value as radius draw a circle on the complex plane. Now starting from the positive real axis, take divide the circle into n parts to indicate n number of points on the complex plane over the circle. The indicated n points represent the n number of n th roots.
Hope it helps. Go through the Complex numbers.

For finding the quadratic root we should adopt the same old method of finding the square root and do it again.
That means finding square root twice.
You can also do in C language if you know
Or else the best way is to go to calculator and find it over there
