Well if on another question - the male body doesn't finish growing until 23 (inluding genitalia)...... then I would say that the Male isn't ready until 23. The Female body is done by 18. Using this as a 'confirming/denying' methodollogy, isnt' really in your best interest.
If you are asking then you are 'tryin to justify it' somehow in your mind. Look, let me say it plain and simple..... Assuming you live until you are 70 years old.... can't ya wait just a BIT before becoming a sexually active human being? I mean really.. if ya have 50 years to have sex.... surely that will be PLENTY and you'll be much wiser and able to make important choices. Not to mention that the Under 24 Age Group has the fastest growing HIV Status - heterosexually! So be careful out there.....and if you use it, protect yourself.... use condoms!

Mentally- it depends on the person.
Anatomically, as soon as the male can have an erection. But of course, this happens way before they *should* be having sex

I suggest 18 or over. You are mature enough even in case of pregnancy you can take care of the baby. and if you have sex at a young age i mean 16 and under you have a greater chnace of developing a mayoma or other cancer in the uterus

This is a very easy answer! You aren't ready to have sex until you are married. Yes, you may think you are ready sooner, but trust me, you will not regret it if you wait. It will be very special on the wedding night if you wait. Now it may not be perfect, but you have rest of your lives to perfect it. Also you don't have to worry about pregnancy and/or STD's if you wait. Hope this helps!

Tricky question. It depends on maturity, age, relationship with who you are thinking of having sex with, and your level of knowledge. What I mean by knowledge...is think of BABIES! If you are still a teen/pre-teen talk to your parents or an adult you trust that will listen to you and not judge you. AND for God Sakes, if you decide you are mature, old enough, and in a good relationship with someone you love and you feel you are smart enough to handle sex USE A CONDOM!!!! Please!
