Hard to diagnose without seeing the car. Could be a fuel delivery problem(fuel pump going out, fuel filter needs changed, etc) or an air flow problem(vacuum leak or air filter). Is the check engine light coming on?

You may have a clog in your fuel injectors. There is a cleaner you can put in the gas tank. Works like a charm.

Could be the transmission or a fuel pump problem. Take it in to the shop.

Sorry, insufficient information. Would need more idea of exactly what the engine is and isn't doing.
( My first idea was 'get out and push'......)
