Im 15 and I just love soccer.......
but after an hour i tend to lose concentration.......
please any one , HELP

You should do jogging every morning and also regulate your diet. Eat grams, vegitable, and green leafs. Take honey regularly and also take milk. The item jogging is to be concentrated to improve your stamina in soccer .
