I think it would be a terrible idea. It would be sluggish, ugly, and a waste of my bandwidth. Also, consoles are cheaper than PCs - and what are you sat at now?
A game like The Sims needs to be made in a programming language like C/C++, otherwise the coders simply don't have enough power and control at their disposal. Also, as previously mentioned, they want your money.
The real question is - why don't YOU make the sims online flash games? Why live your life expecting everyone else to do the work for you? Learn to code! Make it yourself! Live the dream!

There is a similar game.. Its the McDonalds game where its like the sims but you are running a McDonalds resturant. You have to feed the cattle and grow the crops and manage the money, etc.

there is no longer something like runescape, runescape is the only difficulty like its variety that ive got here across. even with the incontrovertible fact that runes of magic is unfastened, its kinda like WoW, i got here across it relaxing for a rapid time.
