WRONG guys, the "New Deal" was a series of programs implemented between 1933 and 1937. How could Roosevelt implement the "New Deal" in 1932 if he didn't even take office until 1933? Smart, real smart. And initiated is in my opinion the best word, because it lasted for a while, and he wasn't the only one doing the work. Roosevelt wasn't the only major figure in the "New Deal".
