Does salt dissolve in pure alcohol? How does pure alcohol look like? What are its physical properties

Sugar (sucrose- there are many sugars) is "slightly" soluble in ethanol.
Salt (sodium chloride) is also listed as "slightly" soluble in ethanol, as per the table referenced below.

Pure alcohol (ethanol- there are many alcohols) is water-clear. Check the second reference for more information on its physical properties.

Well Everclear is almost pure alcohol and jello dissolves in it so I say yes, because there is a small amount of sodium in jello. Of course if you expect your jello shot to ever set up and become well jello, you will be sorely disappointed.
Seriously pure alcohol is clear (mostly) and has a low point of evaporation. Salt will dissolve in it up to the point of supersaturation.

How can subtle sugar be merciless? except.... vegetation stay issues. and additionally you kill a plant to consume it. that's merciless! The undesirable plant!
