It is natural for you to wear clothing very different than what your parents are wearing. Adults wear a lot of different styles so it is tough for a teenager to find something different. I have never seen anyone over 25 (other than entertainers) wear saging shorts.
You should wear what makes you happy. If you think you look stupid then you shouldn't wear it.

As a matter of fact I really don't think a lot of the boys who do it know that the ritual of sagging pants originated from men in prisons/jails.
By sagging their pants it was a sign to let the other inmates know that they were down.........you know, to get down. Of course without having to put it on blast.
So, then the gangs (bloods and crips) of L.A soon picked it up and there you have it. A phenomenon where it is cool to just sag your pants now.
But originally it was meant to signify a .......excuse my french, a Bleep in the Butt. hahahaha : )

99% of the time, NO. There is the 1 in a million that call pull off that look. Maybe you can try the old LL Cool J look (where one pant leg was rolled up).

I think it looks totally stupid! I can't tell if the guy has a good body or not!
I can't stand to see a guy walking around with one hand on his belt to keep his pants up. Plus his walk is all goofy!

well if you are out of middle school i would assume you would be over that phase
but guys still do it in high school
i personally dont like it
it looks better when a guy doesnt dress like that
it makes him look more manly to me for some reason
