energy repairs everything. You can actually fix a cavity by putting your fingertips over the tooth with the cavity. You can work over the lip so that you don't have your fingers right on the tooth. Hold this as much as you can and you will see after a few days that the tooth will heal.
My son did this and it works. I learned it in jin sin jyutsu.

Use orange fruit peel, only the white portion and rub along on the tooth try this for 15 days u can feeel the difference

For pain, pack the hole with CLOVE POWDER. Dental anesthesia is clove derivative.

there is a paste that fils them temporarily but not sure of the name.....i need dental bad :-) if you have to wait just don't eat things that are too sweet.
